Baby rash on feet

Hi does anybody know what this could be? Keeps coming and going on just my babies feet for a few days then reappears. Been to the doctors but they have no clue what it is and I’m getting concerned? TIA! X

Hand Foot and Mouth? It’s really common in kids, I caught it off my toddler and had spots on the soles of my feet and palms of my hands. Later my toes peeled. My toddler just had a mild temperature and rosy cheeks.

Hand, foot and mouth! Currently going round my toddler's nursery. Various different virus strains can cause it, so baby (and you...) may catch it several times.
