Is it a verruca?

DD, age 4 has a little bump on the sole of one of her feet. I felt it when I was scratching her feet earlier (she likes this to settle to sleep) and then took a look and spotted it. Is this a verruca, or something else? She has been a bit under the weather this week with a cough and temperature that started at the weekend.

Any suggestions appreciated!

I think it might be. My sons looked similar early on. I wasn't sure until I put a verruca plaster on and the black dots inside were more exposed. For what its worth it's the same place as his came up too.
