Trigger warning - poop

Hello please help!

my 2 year olds poo has been like this for a few days now. I know it’s not normal but what could be the cause? As far as I’m aware she has no allergies or intolerances. It is a cream colour with read pieces - these are tissue like material. I’m booking a GP appointment tomorrow morning but any ideas or put my mind at rest!

Trigger! Poop!

Any ideas why my toddlers poo would be cream colour? It has red tissue like parts in it too. I’m booking a GP appointment tomorrow for her but thought I’d ask here! She is generally well in herself has went off food slightly.

@Angelselevenx im not entirely sure - she won’t eat it at home but has done in the past at nursery. I’ll check with them tomorrow. Thanks
