Swollen lymph node?

My DS is 20 months and last week he was on antibiotics that he finished on Friday for an ear infection. Iv noticed today he has a lump between sort of his neck and jaw line. You can only really see it when he looks up/or at certain angles. I’m going to take him to the drs to get checked but before my mind spirals, has anyone else experienced this? Was it just following an infection? Thank you

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

My youngest had these loads, up until about aged six. It’s very very normal post infection. In fact she had them without illness. Probs when she was fighting something off.

I took him to the drs 3 weeks ago and they said they don’t think it’s anything to worry about but to bring him back. He was just playing in the garden, looked up and you could still see it swollen. I’m going to take him back the drs tomorrow but can’t help but feel worried 😟

It’s good to get checked but honestly this is very very normal with kids. My youngest had massive ones. Hope doc is reassuring for you
