Child's Stomach Pain

Please help if you have been through anything similar. My daughter was in a&e last week with abdominal pain on the right side and nausea. I thought appendicitis but blood tests (taken on the day and the following day) show no infection markers or inflammation and her ultrasound scan was completely normal. Her pain has persisted (combo of sharp and achy) and we are now on day 6 and she has said since Sunday that it is also left sided but that is more achy. She does not seem constipated, she did have a cold the week before but infection markers clear and lymph nodes in neck are normal (I know they can have lypmh nodes in the abdomen near the appendix area) but would they only be up there?

She has her periods, over a year now and was on day 10/11 of cycle when this started but think too long for ovulation pain.

Could it be a grumbling appendix - I keep getting told no as it would have got worse, she can jump/hop without pain, has no fever, no vomiting. She is 12 years old. Thanks for any help or advice!

Could it be an ovarian cyst?
