Amoxicillin rash

Is this looking like an allergic reaction to amoxicillin or just a side effect? She's had 4 doses

Went to hospital yesterday when it wasn't this bad and told heat rash but since her dose of amoxicillin last night it's got a lot worse. Not sure if it's a true reaction though?

Can't see pics yet, but when I had an amoxicillin rash, it was because I actually had glandular fever, not an ear infection, so I'd want to know it wasn't that.
