Red dot on child’s top lip

Hey everyone my daughter has had this little red dot on her top lip for as long as I can remember . I assumed it would go but it’s starting t get bigger . No idea what it is . Photo for reference

My son had a mole on his lip which was black. I asked his dentist about it and they top it off as they were going to biopsy it. All benign thankfully but you could ask your dentist. May be a little cyst.
