Struggling with baby 3

I'm really struggling to find what's wrong with my DD. She's 15 months old and since she was about 10 months she has had on and off vomitting, diarrhoea, lethargy. She has a week or two where she's fine and then she's back to square one. She has been a healthy weight but since this all started she's lost weight. I don't think the GP or health visitors are as concerned as I am. This is my 3rd child and haven't experienced this. So many factors. Viral illnesses, teething but surely it can't go on for this long.
She's been referred to get some blood tests done. She was found to have slightly low iron and white blood cells. Bt again, this could be due to her illness rather than the cause of it.

She does this thing where she screams really loud and holds her legs to herself. Like she's in pain. However, I had given a stool sample and the GP asked me if she still had runny stools at which at that point she didn't. And that was that. Didn't tell me if there was any concern. I take it there isn't? Ideally, I do need to get the results.

Please advise me of what this could be. I'm so concerned for her weight and eating as it's non existent when she's like this.
She is slow on her gross motor skills. She's not walking or crawling. Since yesterday she's crawled a little for the first time!
Her teeth all came out post 1 year. She has her incisors coming through now.

I just feel helpless and really stressed out.

Around a year, my LO had four episodes of D&V in the space of six weeks. The GP was pretty clear to referring us to paediatrics, when everything cleared up. We came to the conclusion my LO is just prone to vomiting bugs.

Some thoughts: when DC3 is ill, does anyone else in the house have symptoms? We were about to rule out allergies because baby was passing everything on to me or DP 😬

Are older siblings at nursery and bringing bugs home?

I would be going to the HV clinic, drop in etc and getting DC3 regularly weighed (when healthy and ill,). That will be the evidence you need to make the GP and HV pay attention.

I don't think it counts as a delay until 18 months, but again, get the HV tracking progress via the Ages and Stages questionnaire because that will stop them brushing you off.

No one else has symptoms. She is the only one getting this illness.

I will have her booked in with the HV to get her weighed. How often would you say I should get her weighed?

Could it be due to constipation? My lg was so constipated at this age. She would be sick on occasions and it took me ages to realise it was because she was constipated.
