Water warts?

Can anyone advise if this is what they are?

Molluscum contagiosum?
It does look like them

Another molluscum contagium, my son had this at around 4, although he had alot in a very small area, treated with a painted on ointment (?german name) which dried them up, scarred but hardly noticeable as he has grown
