My lovely girl will be 3 in September.
She has a history of food and medication allergies.
She has always switched between constipation and very loose stools which are quite acidic. Although she is more loose than constipated.
She has a very small skin tag on her bottom which I think if from a small tear from a bad bout of constipation last year. Sometimes it’s bigger than tiny again.
Her bottom is just very very sore and red and abit bumpy around the hole (sorry). We have another GP appointment but not for another few weeks!
I’ve tried creams etc, nappy free time but I don’t know how else to help her.
Has anyone experienced this?

I would be worried that she has untreated allergies. I’d also question whether her loose poo is overflow and she’s actually constipated if she swings between both.
