Please can anyone offer any advise i am at a loose end. My 3 year old has awful ezcema on her wrists and arms, she scratches so much her skin bleeds every night and I am worried she will have permanent scars from it. Her skin is dry and red raw and I have to apply cream every couple of hours throughout the day. Weve visited the Dr who advises to switch to eco friendly washing powder and apply cream 8 times a day. We have done both of those and this weekend she has had a bad flare up and in a lot of pain. We have a private dermatologist appt in a few weeks but I am just looking for some help from anyone who has been through similar. Weve used dermol, cetrabern, Epaderm to no avoid, ive tried reducing her gluten in her diet. Anyone any magic tricks I could try?

If she’s had a flare up have they prescribed steroid cream? They should.
