Is this chickenpox pox

Does this look like the start of chicken pox? Shes had a cold with a cough for 10 days and the last 2 days had runny poos.

If you’ve attached a photo it’s not appeared yet but both my dds pox started similarly, ds had no coldy symptoms before but did have a dodgy tummy.
Are there spots appearing like little blisters popping up?
We found that they were actually okay in themselves when they had it, but had lots of baths with oat filled socks (tied in a very tight knot!) helped, squeeze the sock and it filled the bath with the oaty milky emollient which was very soothing on the spots, they also just really loved baths so that was helpful. They were 2 and 3 and had it at the same time so it was over and done with quite quickly. I know of a few dc who had it incredibly severely though, spots on the eyes and up the backside, very uncomfortable for the poor things 🥴
