Baby 10 month with no teeth

My baby has been showing signs of teething for months now but still no teeth! My first born got his first two bottom teeth at around 8 months. Is this normal or should I be concerned that she’s having all the symptoms but still no sign of any teeth?

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

No don’t be concerned. All babies are different. She will of course have teeth eventually.

Both mine were really slow, think 13 months.
No problems.

13 months for DC1, 11 months for DC2. Nothing out of the ordinary.

My dd was late for teeth- about a year old to get the first one if I remember correctly. She was also really slow losing them. She’s now almost 13 and still hasn’t lost all her teeth, plus she has loads of gaps and partially grown teeth.

Nooo, don’t worry! My DS got his first teeth at 11 months old. He’s 2.5 now and has a full set :)

Neither of my older two had any teeth before they turned one. Youngest was 8m. Probably based on this, I really think that most symptoms of “teething” are just normal baby things that all babies do, rather than much to do with actually sprouting teeth!

my first boy was 10 months when he got his first tooth.
my second boy is nearly 11 months and only just got his first tooth! 😁

OP, my DGS was a good thirteen months before he got any teeth. My DD took him to the dentist, who wasn’t worried - said some are later than others. He’s now 2 and has lots of teeth!

Nothing to worry about. My first born was about a year old when she got first tooth. At one point she had about 4 coming in all at the same time, poor girl. I thought she had been teething since about 4months old 😆 but she was just a drooly baby. She was also late to loose her teeth and the dentist told me that’s common if they come in late. She was almost 7 when she lost her first tooth. She’s now 9 and only recently lost the top 2.

My other daughter got her first one about 6 months old so she didn’t follow the same pattern.
