Baby rash

Hi,

my son has had these spots on his back - I noticed them last night before bed, then in the morning they were faded and pretty much gone. And then this evening some others appeared but after a short while started to fade again.

i initially panicked and thought chickenpox, however ive never known chicken pox to fade like this and theres been no progression like you’de usually see.

does anybody have any idea what this could be? He is 10 months old; it has been bank holiday so no doctors and we go on holiday on Saturday

Does look like the start of chicken pox. Could possibly be molloscum. Should develop if chicken pox although I think younger children can sometimes get a mild case. My niece had a mild case when she was just about 1 but then got it again when she was about 7

Could also be hand foot and mouth (which can be all over!)
