What could these spots on my 5yo DS be?

These spots appeared on DS (almost 5yrs old) tummy a few weeks ago. Not bothering him but one more appeared this weekend on his wrist - he scratched it and the top came off and there was a small white ball that came out of it (so they aren't "liquid filled" as such). He had chicken pox 4 years ago so I ruled that out straight away. Any ideas?

Molloscum, looks like. This is fairly common these days even though I’m sure I never heard of it as a kid. Unfortunately it’s a bastard to get rid of.

There is a product for it now called Mollu Dab. It does look like classic molluscum contagiosum. It's a virus.

If it's molluscum contagiosum it's harmless and it'll go away by itself after a few months.

Thank you all so much for replying. I have never heard of this before but have gone down a rabbit hole on Google and it definitely is molluscum. Some of the pictures online are scary - his looks very mild in comparison (and hoping it stays that way!)
