Do you think looks like chickenpox?

Hi, baby (1) has been snotty for a few days now and a cough. Noticed these spots this afternoon, does it look like pox to you? On neck and bottom of face

Could be hand foot and mouth. You'll know soon as HFM spots will be hands, feet, genitals, face; whereas chickenpox will be on the trunk (and then absolutely everywhere).
