Can anyone recommend something to help with scars from chicken pox?

My 2 year old had chicken pox and has quite a few deep pitted scars from scabs. Can anyone recommend a cream or similar treatment that has helped with this? Googling keeps bringing up silicon gels and creams but reading further it sounds like these help to flatten raised scars but his marks aren’t raised.

Would be interested in any thoughts or recommendations

My main advice would be to ensure she has sunscreen on them whenever UV levels are raised.

My DD had CP at 3y and had some fairly prominent scars on her forehead/near her eyes. Now at 9y only one of them is noticeable if you look for it.
