How old? It doesn’t look too severe, I’d probably dab with some mild antiseptic cream and monitor.

Hes 5, he has been near someone with a coldsore so I was panicking, the pharmacist said it didnt look like a coldsore so I'm wondering what it could be instead I also have a 5 month old so my anxiety is through the roof
