Pediasure causing sickness?

I bought my daughter some pediasure yesterday as she’s not eating much lately and early this morning she was sick. I was wondering if it’s had this affect on anyone else? She was sick just the once and isn’t poorly at all so the only thing I think it could be is the pediasure drink food
