Skin tags on kids?

has anyone’s children had a skin tag? My DD7 has developed a tiny (I mean you can barely see it) what looks to me like a skin tag on her neck ( husband gets loads on his neck/shoulders) and I can’t seem to find much info on kids with them though? I thought it was a bit of dry skin until I looked closer and realised it was a skin coloured small flap of skin

Could be the start of molluscum contagiosum as they can look like skin tags

is she overweight?
skin tags can be a symptom of diabetes.

No totally average for her age

Wonder if it’s a bit genetic? Her dad gets them and has lots. So does her grandmother (her dads mum)
