Sertaline in pregnancy

Can i use sertaline during pregnancy
is it risky to child???

I’m not a doctor and you should seek advice from your GP or consultant, but I continued Sertraline during pregnancy on the advice of an obstetric medicine specialist consultant. Long story but i had stopped taking it abruptly on bad medical advice, which caused a quick onset of severe depression and suicidal thoughts.

So, please seek advice. But in my case carrying on was the much safer option.
