Does this spot look like chicken pox. Confused as it came up weds. It's now Friday and no new spots

Not really & tbh if it's the only spot over 2 days it's unlikely to be Cpox

Pox spots generally start as a red patch, then blister, the crust over.

So no, it doesn't look like a pox spot.

Whilst some children only have a few spots, it is much more normal for more and more to appear each day, all at different stages.

Chickenpox usually causes many new itchy spots over 1–3 days.
If it’s been two days with no new spots, it’s less likely to be chickenpox.
It could be a bite, small rash, or skin irritation.

Agree unlikely, the spots tend to proliferate during that time period.
