My Dd had a red spot come up yesterday afternoon on her back suspiciously looked like the start of chickenpox. She's had a cold and cough all week. Yesterday afternoon a temp. But no other spots this morning. Could it still be chickenpox or would more spots come up sooner. How long from the first spot do more begin to appear. Photo of the spot included.
