Possible chicken pox

Does this look like start of chicken pox. Only one spot. DD had a cold and cough for week and temp today.

You should normally see more within a few hours to a day. My baby had isolated hand foot and mouth blisters that appeared slowly. I think it's unlikely to be chickenpox but the only way to be sure is for the GP to swab it.
