My daughter fell over at school on friday and tonight it looks like this is this normal or does it look infected

No, very normal healing process. It looks clean and is healing nicely.

Agree that just looks like normal graze weeping not infection. If it was infected you’d expect the skin around the graze to be a bit pink and swollen and feel warm.

The things to worry about would be spreading readiness and warmth, pus like discharge, odour, increasing rather than improving pain, temperature etc.

It look like it could do with a nice padded or soothing/moist dressing - you can buy them from the pharmacy.

No. Just wash it in the shower and dress it.
