My two-year-old has had two dodgy nappies today with these red flecks in them (picture attached.) Does this look like blood or more likely to be food? I managed to pick a fleck out using toilet paper. He’s otherwise fine in myself…still playing away happily, climbing things and bruising himself up, lol!
