Abnormal walk in my 3 year old

Hi
I am currently going through a journey of finding out why my 3 year old walks the way he does. He has been diagnosed with calf tightness in one leg causing drop foot, so he will drag his foot when walking and running and walks with a limp. MRI scan on brain and spine are normal, X-rays are normal, bloods are normal. We are under a Paediatric, orthopaedic and orthotics, non of which seem to know what is going on. He needs to wear splints to keep his range and keep his feet in a normal position but this won’t correct the problem and is resistant to wearing them. He is going to have a gait analysis done and be referred to the movement team at Great Ormond Street Hospital. I have suggested maybe casting the legs. I am just at a loss and trying to reach out to anyone in the similar position, or know of anyone going through this with their children and to hear their stories and how they have been treated etc.
Thanks
