9am she had oat meal 15-20g with milk, then she saw me eat croissants and she asked me to take some so I gave her a piece.
10:15 am I gave her morning snack which was watermelon piece. But now she keeps regurgitating j think and choking. She didn’t experience this since she was 1year old and she never had any reflux as a baby. She only
got this at one year one and then disappeared m, then today!
is this concerning , did I over feed her

Could she have a piece of melon stuck in the throat / back of mouth?
Might be worth checking if she'll let you look. It can be quite fibrous and could get stuck half swallowed
