Hi everyone
My just turned 11 year old daughter has hip dysplasia and because of this she has a 5cm leg length discrepancy, her right leg is shorter than the left.
I spoke to her surgeon today who has booked her in for growth guidance surgery, this will slow down growth in her longer leg and let the smaller one catch up.
Her surgery is booked for 31st March and now im feeling so nervous!
