Blisters on 3yo's face (Pic)

My 3yo had a fever, cough and upset stomach yesterday and woke up today with these blisters around the mouth and chin area. Any idea what they could be? I looked it up and impetigo looks possible.

No photo yet but I would suspect hand foot and mouth if they are around the mouth. Any on the hands and feet?

Can’t really see much from the photo but fits with hand foot and mouth. Impetigo would get worse quite quickly usually and be crusty.

Nothing on hands/feet. I can tell it's itchy as she keeps trying to scratch

The full picture looks like impetigo to me.
