Eye colour at 16 months old

I cannot wait for her eyes to fully develop but it hasn’t changed since birth. It’s brown at the centre but grey green on the outskirts !
my husband has green light eyes and I have brown eyes. I just want one of my children to inherit his eyes will be nice to see my husband eyes in my kids but still love her dearly regardless
what do u guys think will it go dark or light

Think it will probably settle as a dark hazel. I doubt it will be a light green (my dad has light blue eyes, mum has brown eyes, all three kids ended up with darker hazel eyes as my mum doesn't have anyone in her family with blue eyes)

I think they will stay that colour. I have blue eyes and my husband has brown and only 1 kid out of 3 got his eyes the other 2 got my blue eyes albeit different kinds of blue.

I doubt they are going to go light green at 16 months.

Only my two kids born with blue eyes changed colour, one to brown ( like me) the other to light green ( like dad). The third, born with dark brown never changed at all. I think yours is like my third.
