For the past few weeks DD has vomited randomly. A couple of times at her out of school hobby and twice in school. She feels fine afterwards. No other symptoms, eating and drinking well, not losing weight, no headaches etc. Perfectly fine. She is 10 and tall for her age, also starting to develop. I'm wondering whether it is hormones or anxiety as she is generally an anxious girl and there have been a few fall outs with friends etc recently that come with this age. Just wondering if anyone else has been through this or has any ideas about what it might be? I'm going to see how she is over half term to see if it is linked to school and take to the GP afterwards if needed.
Also just to note, as a younger child she would often vomit randomly late at night if she was over tired or had a late night so I think she may be a bit of an 'easy vomiter' so to speak although I thought she had grown out of this.
