Good evening everybody right so this is a bit of a sensitive subject my little girl is eight years old and I've noticed she's getting stretch marks on her hips now I'm not going to make out like I am a perfect parent because I'm not I do often give my little girl chicken nuggets and chips and beans for her tea she does have the odd fizzy pop which I don't like her to have but thanks to her dad he got her on them what would be a healthy that I can give her she likes vegetables she likes fruit she likes rice and she likes chicken I have introduced avocado to her she likes that but not a great deal I don't want any judgment just looking for help

Just feed her a healthy diet and no sugary fizzy drinks. Sounds like she'll eat it, you just need to provide it. Frozen veg is easy and quick, so that plus a carb (boiled new potatoes, jacket tat, pasta and sauce) plus some protein (chicken breast, grilled salmon, beef slices) and you're there!
