Flu or stomach bug?

Anyone else's DC with a virus that starts as temperature/sore throat/cough, and then included vomiting a day or two later? Doesn't feel like a stomach bug - is it flu?

Whooping cough can make you cough until you vomit - does the sick follow a coughing fit?

No - the cough is minimal really, DC is just a bit congested.
