Anyone know what this is (rash)

My daughter came home from school with this on both of her arms and no where else , wondering to ease my mind will obviously phone doctors in the morning

Looks a bit like folliculitis. But it could also be chicken pox or hand foot and mouth (but I would guess not, they aren't blistered enough). Is she feeling well otherwise? Has she leant on anything hot at school like a radiator, which could cause heat rash?

Could it have come from having a heavy bag on her forearm?

got sent to the hospital doctors are unsure what it is waiting on blood results coming back
