Potential stomach bug?

Hi everyone. Im a FTM to a 16 month old. This is our first bout of some sort of sickness and I just wanted some reassurance as she hasn't been unwell like this before. She went to bed Saturday night feeling quite warm but no temperature, woke up in the early hours and vomited everywhere. She was also very hot but temperature was showing 36.8. I gave her some calpol and stripped her down and she fell asleep. The next day she had about 6 poo nappies (she is also taking laxido for constipation but that doesnt usually make her go this much). She is able to tell me when she wants to poo and has been crying saying poo poo and holding her tummy. She doesn't poo everytime but i think she feels the sensation in her stomach.
She woke up early hours of this morning and vomited out some yellow bile but no food as she has refused to eat. She is breastfed and has increased her feeds. She pood around 3 times on Sunday and twice today (it smelt quite bad). She also is gagging when she feeds which is odd . After she feeds at night it seems as though her stomach hurts as she cries uncontrollably saying she needs to poo. Nights have been awful. She is unable to sleep well. During the day she is okay. Not her usual self, but she is playing. Not eating but will have sips of water and breastmilk. I'm worried about her stomach pain (I'm assuming). Could it be just a bug or do I need to go to the GP?
Ps sorry for any typos or if it doesnt make sense. I am so sleep deprived it's unreal

The main thing with a stomach bug is to make sure they’re drinking and having wet nappies. Other than that there’s not much you can do other than be religious about hand washing.

She may be getting stomach cramps so calpol might help. Also if she’s used to being constipated this new feeling of going a lot because of a bug will be new to her so might be more upsetting, if that makes sense. Have you held back on the Laxido?

Thank you @Waitingformychinesetakeaway so sorry for the late reply. Yes, I held back on the Laxido. She was fine after a few more days and lots of sleepless nights! She is back to eating thankfully and back on Laxido because she gets backed up without it!
