My daughter has this rash and it wont go with over counter creams is starting to hurt her when food touches it now ... any ideas on what it could be . I thought eczema but its not clearing and has a orangey colour to it

It looks similar ish to the rash my son had on his baby neck folds. We couldn't get it to go away either for him with OTC stuff. The doctors prescribed him some hydrocortisone cream which was also antifungal called timodine and it disappeared incredibly quickly, less than two days I'd say. As you only use a smear we barely made a dent in the tube!

Definitely one for the docs, especially if it's getting uncomfortable for her now bless her
