Child unwell in afternoon

My 12 year old daughter is fine every morning, but the past few days she's felt sick in the afternoon and evening.

She's not been sick, and has still managed to eat and drink as normal.

Could it be the start of period pain? She's not started yet.

There's definitely something up with her as she's even more pale than normal.

All seems fine at school and with friends. Her sister had a UTI last week but no viruses in the house at the moment.

Is she drinking enough and getting enough sleep?

She drinks plenty after school, but probably not enough in school. She's tired but not ridiculously so

I can't remember - around new year

If it’s post viral, it could be her body needing rest (look up PEM/PENE). Could obviously be a number of things from hormonal to UTI - might be worth a call/visit to GP.

I absolutely think it's her needing rest, on reflection. We've cut out her allergy triggers and tried to encourage a good diet and rest.
