Back to school today;m… already ill

Hi everyone
my son has gone back to school today and has a bad stomach ache and a temp of nearly 39
is it possible to catch something so quickly? He’s been at home Saturday Sunday and Monday due to house prep
I’m praying this isn’t a stomach bug because our bathroom is being ripped out tomorrow 😭😭😭

Hi OP, how rotten for your DC! They may have been brewing something prior to going back to school. My DC was off poorly yesterday with horrendous earache - it's the season of love, joy and illness 😂
