My 8mo keep getting these tiny red spots. They come up really red then fade so there’s just a tiny spot left. She did have a cold 7-10 days ago but no noticeable temp. Im worried they look like bites? Picture of when they come up and when the redness fades - 24 hours apart. They just randomly pop up.
