Does this look like exzema?

He is 10 months. He keeps having super red cheeks and some red patches under his chin most days. Sking feels a little rough to touch. Is this excema? Im wondering if its from drooling or if its something he is eating that is bothering him?

Looks more like teething and drool related irritation to me. Keep his clothes dry even if it means changing bibs ans tops constantly
Eczema in my experience doesn't just happen on the cheeks you'd get it on the chest up near the neck and in the back of legs and elbows, these are the most common areas but some will get it all over when bad
