Itchy scalp!

My son has been having these wired things on his scalp I’m not sure what they they itch him sometimes when I wash his hair with water it goes away but literally comes back in minutes we have used everything to help it but it hasn’t helped:/ and it’s only on top of the scalp no where else around the head/scalp witch is wired :/

Is it dandruff? Have you tried vosene or head & shoulders or similar?

It’s not dandruff I’ve tried everything it’s stuck to his scalp

Is it scalp psoriasis? You could take him to a pharmacist to see what they recommend? Probably needs some sort of medicated shampoo
