What is this rash? Eczema?

Does anyone know what this rash might be please? It's only on one side of his face, started just before we all came down with flu a couple of weeks ago, we're all better now but he's still got this rash, could it be eczema?

Have you checked for hand, foot and mouth?
It does look dry like eczema, but more likely to be post viral if not HFM

Yeah I checked for HFM but no signs of that luckily 😅
