Shall I just wait for the gp?

My 6yo has a three day history of a viral rash, itching and a temp that hasn't been high but has fluctuated between 37.7 and 38 the last three days. I checked with the GP when the symptoms first appeared on Tuesday and she was sent home from school. Today, she felt a little better so went back to school, soon came home as she felt icky and generally unwell. Was sick once when she got back, and fell asleep straight away on the sofa. She woke up, screaming she had a headache, I gave her some paracetamol. She then for half hour was rolling on the floor, holding her head, telling me it was too much and she couldn't take it. I rang 111, who suggested to speak to the GP, I mentioned they had closed their econsults for the day, how our gp does it, so she said she'd do a referral and I should hear back. She since drifted off again in my room as its dark. My other concern is we are currently having a lot of rain, being rural our main route the doctors is flooded so we couldn't just pop there and see them if asked. Whether I should do something more urgent, than wait but equally shes sleeping, and that is probably taking her mind of the fact she feels rubbish.

How is she after a sleep?

They will probably say she needs to be see so expect you need to make a trip out - is that possible? Sounds worrying, I would want her to be seen this eve.
