My 7 year old daughter bit her cheek in her sleep and now has tenderness under her ear (possible bump when touching it) on the same side of the face

My daughter bit her cheek most likely in her sleep yesterday night. She was complaining of a bit of pain but otherwise ok. I checked the bite mark and it doesn’t look infected. After school she’s been a bit low in energy than normal and when I was checking I noticed although no redness under the ear I can feel a lump under the ear which hurts her when I touch .

anyone’s child had this and know what it could be

Take her to the doctor. Something may have happened while she was asleep I hope she’s fine but do get her checked
