Keratin pearls

Unsurprisingly, NC for this. For the second time in 18 months, my 10yo daughter has had a keratin pearl 'pop' out of her clitoris. Firstly, wtf?! Secondly, how do we avoid anymore? She's started puberty but not monthlies.

I have never heard of this and had to google it. It sounds very uncomfortable.

I found a thread where adults are offering cleaning ideas but I don’t know if it’s the same for children who are not fully developed!
