Rash on baby’s chin

My baby has had this rash on her chin for about 2 weeks now. It had mostly disappeared and now has reappeared and is more noticeable now. Anyone know what it might be?

Is she teething? It looks similar to a rash my baby had, caused by dribble getting trapped around the chin?
