8 month old-dehydration?

Hi

my 8 month old has tonsillitis and has been on antibiotics for 3 days. His milk and water intake has dropped since Sunday (now Thursday) but today he’s only had 3oz of fluid. He usually has around 20ish oz milk a day and some water. He is still eating and producing wet (but less liquid) nappies and still has tears when he cries. At what point do we get him seen? He isn’t showing signs of dehydration but fluid levels are so low

If he’s having wet nappies that’s a good sign. I think the guidance is to get help if no wet nappy for 8 hours. The “healthier together” app is good!

It’s so difficult as he is 100% not getting enough fluid his nappies aren’t as wet as usual but because he’s producing them I know docs won’t care. He must he on the cusp of dehydration though surely, he’s had maybe 5oz of fluid today that’s it
