Picked DD up from nursery on Friday (she’s 2.5) she was very lethargic & didn’t look right, checked her temp & it was 39.1. Gave her meds & within 45 mins she was off the sofa bouncing off the walls. Fully anticipated a bad night, but she was fine, temp didn’t return. No cough or cold, etc. Eating & drinking. I know temps do come back usually in the evenings so thought it may return yesterday but nothing. Is this weird? I’m used to temps coming & staying a few days.
