Sharp pains 5 year old

My daughter has sensory processing disorder which means she hates the sensation of wearing pants. Even seemless ones.
She has been going to school with just tights. She just woke up crying saying that she has sharp pains in her bum. I cleaned and put on sudo cream but she says the pain is still there. I have given her pain relief. I will call the doctor tomorrow. Is there anything else I can do now? Could it be an infection? Any advice welcome please

Could it be a spiky poo through constipation?

At the front? In her vagina? If so then threadworms are likely the cause.

Yes the vagina is red. It could be threadworms. She is settled now. I'll speak to the doctor tomorrow and update in case helpful for someone else. Thanks

Itdoes not sound like infection. It is most likely irritation from the fabric of the tights. I could be wrong though.

If pants are uncomfortable then might something more like stretchy boxers work? Obviously any pain needs to be dealt with first.
